People

We are a collective of activists and educators from across the grassroots and progressive movement, working together to explore and share strategies for building stronger, more sustainable organisations, better able to tackle the crises we face.

We have all experienced organisations and movements which have struggled to build the strength to take on the challenges of the next decade, and to facilitate new and diverse cohorts to lead the fight in their communities and workplaces. We bring a wide range of perspectives – from disability justice, migrant, climate and community organising organisations, to trade unions and political projects.

But our most valuable experience comes from our network of organisations (over 400 organisers and organisations), who, through taking part in our courses, have formed our team, and provided practical case studies and tools for our resource, building an overall picture of a strong, empowering left and progressive movement.
